A U.S. Concrete Company

Ferrara Bros. Licensed QC/QA Laboratory

Aggregate & Concrete Testing, LLC

Ferrara Bros. develops, tests and certifies its concrete mixes in our dedicated, NYC Department of Buildings licensed and AMRL (AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory) accredited laboratory, Aggregate & Concrete Testing, LLC (“ACT”). Only one other concrete producer in NYC has a similar, dedicated laboratory. All other concrete producers rely on third-party labs. No NYC concrete testing lab comes close to the level of staffing, number of accreditations and certifications, or the amount of testing done by Ferrara Bros. and ACT.

Our AMRL accredited and DOB licensed concrete testing laboratory is staffed by seven full-time QC personnel complimented by an additional six people working full-time in the plants and field – all of whom have undergone stringent NRMCA and/or ACI training and certifications.

The benefits of working with Ferrara Bros., with its dedicated, licensed testing lab includes:

  • Direct, prompt responses to concrete mix design requests resulting in significant time savings in producing and submitting TR-3 forms.
  • Seamless, clear communications upfront and throughout the project.
  • Access to our experience and expertise, which allows us to deliver high-performing mix designs to meet your specific requirements while providing cost-effective options and alternatives.
  • Assurance that we stand behind our mix design performance in the field.

We invite you to arrange a lab tour today.
